- In a large pot, bring stock to a simmer.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sake, butter, and Trinity Hibachi Seasoning.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving as the hot pot base.
