High-Protein Cheesecake Dessert

This high-protein cheesecake dessert is a no-bake, ultra-creamy treat made with cottage cheese, cream cheese, and a warm berry sauce. Easy, healthier, and packed with protein, a perfect make-ahead dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup honey

Method
 

Blend the Base:
  1. In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and protein powder. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Make the Berry Sauce:
  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add blueberries, strawberries, and honey.
  2. Stir and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the fruit softens and creates a thick, glossy sauce. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assemble:
  1. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into small bowls or jars, then top generously with the warm berry sauce.
Chill & Serve:
  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture. Enjoy this rich, creamy, high-protein dessert that tastes just as indulgent as traditional cheesecake!
