Season both sides of the pork chops generously with Gator Dust, onion powder, and half of the brown gravy packet.
Heat a thin layer of ghee or oil in a large pot or Ninja Foodi over medium-high heat until hot. Brown the pork chops on both sides until deeply golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add the Guidry's seasoning blend and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
Pour in the chicken broth. Whisk in the remaining half of the brown gravy packet. Scrape up all the browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Add any seasoning left on the plate from the pork chops.
Bring to a gentle simmer. Return the pork chops to the pot. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until the pork chops are fork-tender.
If the gravy becomes too thick during simmering, stir in a small amount of water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Serve over white rice or mashed potatoes.
