Method
- In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add crawfish tails and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Stir in Crawfish Pie Filling mix and 1¼ cups chicken broth.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until fully combined.
- Add pepper jack cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with crackers or chips.
