Chantilly Fruit Dip

This Chantilly fruit dip is thick, fluffy, and slightly tangy with heavy cream, whipped cream cheese, vanilla pudding, and almond extract. Perfect for parties and fruit platters.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet family-size vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped cream cheese

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, sugar, almond extract, vanilla extract, and whipped cream cheese.
  2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Reduce mixer to medium-high speed and slowly add the vanilla instant pudding mix a little at a time.
  4. Continue mixing until the dip becomes thick, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks, about 3 minutes total.
  5. Turn off the mixer and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
