Brown Sugar Vanilla Peaches & Cream Ice Cream

If you’re looking for the taste of summer in every bite, this homemade ice cream is it! Made with fresh Georgia peaches, rich brown sugar, and vanilla bean paste, it’s creamy, sweet, and absolutely incredible—especially served over warm peach cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup creamline milk Sinagra Dairy
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Pinch of salt
  • cups fresh Georgia peaches diced (I used peaches from The Peach Truck)

Method

  1. Pour the heavy whipping cream and creamline milk into your Cuisinart ice cream maker.
  2. Add the brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until everything is combined.
  3. Fold in the diced fresh peaches.
  4. Turn on the ice cream maker and let it churn for about 60 minutes, or until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency. If you prefer a firmer scoop, transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 2–4 hours.
  5. Serve on its own or, for the ultimate summer dessert, scoop it over a warm homemade peach cobbler. It’s pure Southern comfort in every bite!
